1DICHEN DC500H251 Specifications

There are six video interfaces in total: three HDMI 2.1 (48 Gbps) ports and three DP 1.4 (32.4 Gbps) ports.
 ( At present, only 3 HDMI 2.1 or 3 DP1.4/2.1 are supported, and HDMI+DP mixing is not currently supported. )


[HDMI 2.1 interface]

Supports 1920×1080 @ 480–540 Hz, 2560×1440 @ 320–355 Hz, 3840×2160 @ 144–158 Hz. Refresh rates are downward compatible; ultrawide displays are supported.


Monitor requirement:
must have a full‑bandwidth HDMI 2.1 FRL 48 Gbps input.

GPU requirement:
must have a full‑bandwidth HDMI 2.1 FRL 48 Gbps output.


Graphics card requirement:
Must have HDMI 2.1 FRL full blood 48Gbps interface

The recommended minimum graphics cards for two computers are Nvidia GTX3060 and AMD RX6500xT , with no impact on the secondary screen

With AMD 6000‑series and newer, and NVIDIA 50 series GPUs, the current maximum observed is 4K 158 / 2K 355 / 1K 550.

Due to enforced DSC limits, NVIDIA 30/40 series can reach up to 4K 144 / 2K 320 / 1K 480.

Recommended secondary PC CPU: at least 6 threads.

[DP 1.4 interface]

Supports 1920×1080 @ 480 Hz, 2560×1440 @ 320 Hz, 3840×2160 @ 144 Hz. Refresh rates are downward compatible; ultrawide displays are supported.

Monitor requirement: must have a DP 1.4 or DP 2.1 input.

GPU requirement: must have a DP 1.4 or DP 2.1 output.

Minimum GPU requirement for two PCs:
NVIDIA 10 series or newer, or AMD RX 500 series or newer. Maximum supported: 4K 144 / 2K 320 / 1K 480.  A secondary display will not affect operation.

Recommended secondary PC CPU: 
at least 6 threads.

1.2HDMI 2.1 Ports:

HDMI Host RX0 (to the Host’s GPU),

HDMI Secondary RX1 (to the secondary PC’s GPU),

HDMI Display TX (to the main monitor).

RX0 and RX1 can be interchanged; long press K4 to swap.

1.3DP 1.4 Ports:

DP Host RX0 (to the Host’s GPU),

DP Secondary RX1 (to the secondary PC’s GPU),

DP Display TX (to the main monitor).

RX0 and RX1 can be interchanged; long press K4 to swap.

1.4  Power Switch:

POWER (press down to power on; release to power off).

2Button Descriptions
Button K1:

Short press: 
display parameter info at the top
-left of the screen.

Button K2:

Short press: 
increase chroma
-key (alpha) strength. A value is shown at the top-left: 0 = off, 5–255 = different strength levels.

Button K3:

Short press:
decrease chroma-key strength. The top-left shows the value; 0 = off, 5–255 = strength;

Long press for 3–5 seconds and release: 
restore factory settings (resolves most issues).

Button K4:

Short press
enable/disable the upper
-layer (secondary PC) fused image.

Press and hold for 3-5 seconds 
to release (switch between upper and lower layers, after the switch is complete, press K1 briefly to start fusion)

3Indicator Lights

DC:
Monitor link indicator. If it is not on, indicating that the fusion device and monitor are not connected. Check the interface and cables, and if necessary, turn off the monitor and restart it. 

RH:
Upper-layer (secondary PC) on/off indicator. ON= When the light is on, it turns on the normal fusion overlay. OFF= when the light is off, it turns off the upper screen


RX1: 
Upper-layer (secondary PC) indicator,The light is not on, indicating that the fuser and the secondary unit are not connected. Check the interfaces and wires on both sides, and restart the secondary unit if necessary

RX0:
Lower-layer (host PC) link indicator. If off, the fuser and the host PC are not connected. Check both ends and cables; reboot the host PC if necessary.

4On-Screen Parameter Info ( Short-press K1) MAIN:
Resolution and refresh rate of the lower-layer RX0 (Host PC).

SECOND:
Resolution and refresh rate of the upper-layer RX1 (secondary PC).

 ALPHA:
Chroma-key strength. 0 = off; 5–255 = strength. 

BD:
Firmware date.

UID:
Unique device chip ID. 

EDID:
Identification Mode:  A or B (default A).
Long-press K1 for about five seconds to toggle. If Mode A fails to light the display, switch to Mode B. Switching will auto-restart the fuser.

A = ultra
-universal;   B = native-compatibility.

SEC:
Activation status: YES = activated; NO = not activated.
